Experience & Accreditation

  • Completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science (2020), including a six-month exchange at the University of Central Florida, learning under NCAA Strength & Conditioning coach Dr Michael Redd, and graduating with high distinctions.
     

  • Competed in NBL tournaments across Australia — including a gold medal match — and in the U.S., reaching the Final Four at UCF.
     

  • Named Finalist – Personal Trainer of the Year (2021).
     

  • Promoted to Health Club Manager & Fitness Coordinator (2022) and led his team to win Health Club of the Year.
     

  • Expanded into holistic health and wellness coaching, joining Australia’s #1 personal training studio in 2023.

  • Rehabilitated complex sports injuries — including shoulder subluxations, spinal disc injuries, osteitis pubis, and chronic tendinopathies — developing a strong practical foundation in injury management, prevention, and performance-based programming.
