What's Odyssey S&C All About?

Odyssey S&C classes are high-intensity full-body workouts designed to boost strength, power, agility, and endurance for athletes & active individuals

Each 45-minute class includes both upper & lower body exercises, with a combination of compound exercises paired with functional stability movements to optimise neuromuscular adaptations while also bullet-proofing your body so that you can train harder, recovery better, and feel stronger all year round!
